Terms and Conditions

Vietnam Travel Hub operates as a booking platform connecting customers with independent tour operators and transport providers. Unless explicitly stated, Vietnam Travel Hub does not operate tours or transportation services directly and acts solely as an intermediary.
When a booking is confirmed, a direct contract is formed between the customer and the Service Provider. Vietnam Travel Hub is not a party to this service contract.
A booking is confirmed only after issuance of a confirmation email, e-ticket, or voucher. Payment receipt alone does not constitute confirmation.
Prices are determined by Service Providers and may change. Payments may be collected by Vietnam Travel Hub or paid directly to Service Providers, depending on the product.
Cancellation and refund conditions are defined by each Service Provider and displayed at the time of booking. Refund eligibility depends on the applicable Product faq.
Changes, late arrivals, or no-shows may result in partial or total loss of payment in accordance with Product faq.
Customers must provide accurate information, comply with instructions, safety rules, and assess personal fitness for participation.
Certain activities involve inherent risks. By booking, customers acknowledge these risks and participate at their own discretion.
Vietnam Travel Hub shall not be liable for acts, omissions, injuries, delays, or losses caused by Service Providers or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Neither Vietnam Travel Hub nor Service Providers shall be liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
All platform content is owned by or licensed to Vietnam Travel Hub. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
These faq are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by Vietnamese courts.
